Day 127/128

Mood: Awkward

The warriors of harmony rejoiced in their victory against the forces of chaos, they were victorious and wished to return home after a long and arduous battle against the evil fighters. There was cheering and laughing and crying even. The battle was over, they won, there was nothing more to that. However, it was not truly the end, for Justice felt an unbelievably strong presence creeping up behind him. Justice spun around and drew his blade, frightened of the being that was approaching. What he saw was nothing he had gazed upon before, even with his helmet not able to obscure his vision. 

“What the hell.” Justice looked at the creature, it was an enormous black dragon with a skeletal face with glowing red eyes and crooked horns. “What are you?” Justice said and everyone turned to face the creature, they instantly drew their weapons, though very wearily. They did not know how much energy they had in them, their will was fading bit by bit.

“That’s certainly not a man.” Guinevere mentioned, watching how the creature descended upon them, its blood red wings outstretched.

“What is a man but a miserable pile of secrets, you should have never come to be in this realm.” The dragon spoke through telepathy as he tucked his wings by his chest. 

“Who are you, and what do you mean by that?” Dios asked the enigmatic creature.

“Hah, you don’t know who I am, I am the one who created the warriors of chaos and this world. I am the Will of D.” The dragon spoke once again, fire coming out of its mouth.

“The Will of D.” Justice uttered to himself, remembering the name only too well. He was referred to as the inheritor of the Will of D. He never knew what it truly meant, and even now it was very vague to him.

“Do you understand why I am here?” The Will of D said to the warriors. There was a long silence. “I am here to eliminate all of you, not to have you simply killed and revived, I will wipe you all from existence.” The Will of D roared and breathed fire into the air, the force behind it was so powerful that everyone was knocked back by the sheer strength of the flames. “I will kill you all and your so called goddess and then destroy the universe!” The Will of D flapped his wings which made a blinding wind come and strike the warriors of order.

“Demonic Megiddo!” Justice created two orbs of darkness and launched them at the Will of D. The Will of D chuckled as the blasts were simply absorbed into his body.

“I created that technique, there is no move that you know that will hurt me boy. You should learn your place and follow me. The darkness beckons you.” The Will of D laughed and Justice drew his sword once more and leapt into the air and struck the dragon in between the eyes with his blade and started the motor, making the smaller blades move like a chain saw. Sparks flew but the Will of D showed no sign of pain. Justice jumped back but the Will of D simply attacked Justice with his tail and sent Justice plummeting into the ground. The Will of D could not stop himself from laughing. “You cannot hope to defeat me, your strength weakens boy, you cannot even try.” The Will of D mocked the dark knight. Justice gritted his teeth and with all his strength grabbed the dragon’s tail and threw it upward and Justice backflipped and entered a low battle stance. “Do you hope of retaliating against me? The one source of your powers, you are truly foolish.” The Will of D let the fire grow in his mouth and released it at Justice. 

“Demonic Cleansing!” Justice charged a blast of darkness and fired a large beam of energy at the fire ball but it was simply absorbed into it.

“Big Impact!” Dios shouted and fired a beam of lightning at the fire ball.

“Big Star Wave!” Astro fired a large wave of energy from his flag. The blasts collided with the fire ball and changed its course, when it hit the ground, it caused a large explosion at least a mile wide. Dios and Astro fell to the ground panting.

“Guys, are you okay?” Justice asked them.

“That took me all of my strength.” Dios said.

“Me too.” Astro muttered.

“You see, fighting me is pointless you cannot win.” The Will of D laughed. 

“I don’t think so!” Justice said and slammed his fist into the ground. 

“Don’t do it.” A voice called out to Justice, he turned around to see no other but Eden.

“Eden!” Everyone called out to the divine thought entity..

“Blood Cain won’t work on him, your power comes directly from him, you are his descendant, whatever you do will be futile against him. You are a soul without light, I am sorry but this is the truth. However, all of you you can fight.” Eden said and walked to the center of the warriors. A blue light came from her hands and separated into multiple beams of light and entered the bodies of the warriors of harmony. All except for Justice was touched by the light and they felt invigorated. Their clothes changed and their vitality was returned with greater strength.

“You give them power, are you allowed to do that?” The Will of D asked the goddess.

“I have been giving them a handicap this entire time, it is only fair that I show you the extent of my powers.” Eden said and disappeared into thin air. 

“It seems that I must do the same then.” The Will of D surrounded himself in a field of fire and he transformed into a man with long white hair wearing a black and red cloak. “My name is Dracula, and I will show you the power of dominance. Soul Steal!” The former nameless being snapped his fingers and the bodies of the warriors of chaos appeared and with another snap their bodies turned into small balls of light which flew into Dracula’s body. He then released a wave of darkness and revealed an armored form with long sleeves, a muscular chest piece, a fur collar and a blue helmet with a crown on the top. He drew a large sword resembling Justice’s centipede sword and began to laugh. “Now do you want to try to fight me. Now watch. Inferno Divider!” Dracula slammed his sword into the ground and released a colossal wave of energy at the warriors.

“Not on my watch.” Jude jumped in front of the blast with his new armor and caught the energy blast in between his hands, trying desperately to hold it back even with his new powers. Jacoban jumped in and mimicked the strength and held it back as well. The blast disappeared and Dracula put his sword into the ground once more and from its shadows he summoned a swarm of demons and ghosts, copying Schrodinger’s and Angela’s powers. Many of the warriors jumped into action and began holding off the demonic horde, Justice tried to interfere but they held him back, fearing that he would not be able to provide any sort of help to them. Justice cursed under his breath as he sat back and watched the battle unfold. After a while it was looking up for the warriors of harmony but it did not take long for the tide to shift in Dracula’s favor, for he was utilizing all the powers of the warriors of chaos and not just his own. Justice looked into himself asking for help. He then heard Iustitia’s voice.

“You have inherited his power.” His future voice said.

“Yes, but what does that mean, I’m useless against him.” Justice said

“Think, there is more to this war then you think. If you have inherited his power, why aren’t you a warrior of chaos?” The voice said to Justice transporting him into the station of awakening.

“But didn’t Eden choose me?”

“No, you created Eden.” Iustitia said

“How?” Justice asked.

“The Will of D created the forces of chaos to destroy the universe, he enlisted his descendant, you who had the potential to control all of his powers in his ranks. However your sense of moral justice created the forces of harmony.”

“And I switched sides?” Justice asked.

“No, you were still a warrior of chaos.”

“But aren’t I a part of Eden’s forces now?”

“There is more to this war than you think.”

“As in...” Justice said, trying to procure a response.

“This war is a repetition, it was in cycles, in all the previous cycles you used to be a part of Iscariot’s champions. This is your first time being on the side of harmony.” Iustitia stated taking off his helmet revealing Justice’s future face.

“But why did I switch sides?” Justice asked the judge.

“Because of her.”

“Jems, you sacrificed your light to her to protect her in the future and became one with the forces of harmony.” Iustitia stated and Justice looked inside of himself. “This is why you can’t fight the Will of D, because you have no memory of your true self, as the true inheritor of the Will of D. You can steal the souls of others and vice versa.” Iustitia explained.

“But he has the same powers.”

“But not like yours. I believe in you, my future self. Now go and embrace your true self. Be one with the darkness. It might just save you.” Iustitia put his hand on Justice’s shoulder and threw him off the pillar of the Station of Awakening. Justice immediately woke up and saw the warriors of harmony scattered around him.

“You did this, you bastard!” Justice drew his sword to the monster, his ancestor, with utter rage.

“All in the name of dominance, you see, the future does not belong to the weak.” Dracula chuckled and kicked Dios’ body sending him through the air. Justice took a deep breath, his dark aura growing ever so slightly.

“I see now, what the difference is between me and you. Now I’ll show you my power not only as a warrior of harmony but a warrior of chaos!” Justice let his dark aura roar and his armor started to change into that of a traditional knight, his hair became white and his eyes into red slits, lightning bolt tattoos ran down his eyes and his sword changed into a longsword fitting for a knight. The warriors of harmony looked at him with a sense of renewal and pride. “I am the new Will of D, the will of justice. And now it’s time for you to go to sleep!” Justice said and he put his sword into the ground. “Guys I need your help, lend me your powers.” Justice pleaded with them.

“Of course!” Jasmine said and stood up

“Are you kidding, I want this guy to be history.” Katarina approached him.

“Wipe the floor with him!” Guinevere stated and walked over.

“You’re the star now!” Astro cheered.

“You go Justice.” Dios walked over.

“I believe in you.” Jems said to him and he realized why he would give her his light.

“You can do it!” Bone said and put his hand on Justice’s shoulder.

“Don’t need to ask me twice!” Elf agreed.

“Anything for a friend.” Zeiss said.

“Go crazy Justice.” Echidna chuckled.

“Yah.” Igrene nodded.

“Go!” Mana cheered.

“Knock him off his feet.” Jacoban said with confidence.

“This guy is toast.” Mordecai said. Then every warrior went up to Justice and put their hands by him in conglomeration.

“You think the powers of humans can save you from the power of the gods and the strongest being in the universe!” Dracula said and increased his power level.

“Actually I believe I can. Soul Eater!” Justice plunged his sword into the ground and light came pouring from the warriors of harmony. They each went into Justice as he felt their powers meld with his own. Suddenly a large sigil revealing a seal that looked like the head of a dragon followed by long spikes resembling wings sprouted behind his back and his eyes turned light blue rather than blood red. “Are you ready for this!” Justice said as he launched into the air, copying Vika’s power and threw multiple stars at Dracula, copying then Dios’ powers. He then dropped from the sky at blinding speed swinging his sword, firing waves of energy, copying Jasmine’s abilities. Dracula jumped back as the blades of air cut through the ground. Justice then melded into the ground like Mordecai and then lifted the earth like Guinevere and threw it with the strength of Jude. He then fired a giant fire ball at it like Zeiss and Sety and caused it to shatter. At super sonic speeds like Silk and Astro he flew to Dracula’s side and engaged in deadly aerial combat with him, swinging his sword violently but with the same precision as Katarina. Dracula fired a death cannon blast but Justice deflected it with the same magic as Air and Selena and struck back with a volley of arrows and bullets like Igrene and Frost.

“You are strong but not strong enough.”

“I have copied everyone’s power but one. Allow me to show you the power of light, the power of love. The power I gave to Jems. Now I will use it, to crush you!” Justice said as he raised his sword into the air and it became charged with light, extending its size.

“Prepare yourself for your demise.” Dracula created a black orb of energy in his hand.

“Oh wicked spirit born in limbo.” Justice and Jems recited in unison, though miles apart. “Receive judgment from the powers of the holy virgin. Cleansed of worldly impurities. Return to the heaven and the earth!” Justice’s blade then pierced the clouds and the sky. “Repent!” They said together as Justice swung his sword down and struck Dracula, breaking the armor apart and releasing the souls he stole from the warriors of chaos.

“You cannot defeat me, I will destroy this world and start the world anew. Your memories will be destroyed and you will become my puppet.” Dracula said as he charged darkness in his hands in a last ditch effort.

“Not on your life, we’re going home.” Justice said and held up his hand. “Soul eater.” Justice said as his hand became immersed in light.

“If you do that, you will never be able to go home, you will exist in the void for all eternity.” Dracula said.

“That’s a risk I’m willing to take, for her that is.” Justice said as Dracula became an orb of darkness and flew into Justice’s hand. It was truly, finally over...
