Day 26

Mood: Wow (is that a mood? I wonder)
Justice began to lose himself. He couldn’t feel his fingers, then his fore arms, his shoulders, his toes, his legs, his stomach, his chest, all that was left was his head and he struggled to keep it. Tried to reject the evil that was penetrating his body, his soul. He ravaged in defiance, keeping the foreign evil away. However his body was already morphing, his eternally sheathed hands turned into bloody claws, his feet into talons and his armor grew spikes the color of human’s life force. his chest was revealed and multiple tattoos etched into his skin. Then the evil force grew stronger in him until it finally broke his resistance like a twig and morphed his face. His eyes lost their pupils and irises, long red triangles went down his face, his teeth became fangs and his hair turned pure white. “ROAR!” Justice roared at the top of his lungs, though it was not really Justice, his conscience had slipped and let something seep in.
“What, is that?” Dios asked as he tried to stand up from the previous fight, Justice took him far away so he and the rest wouldn’t get involved but now what they saw was more horrifying than any beating they could take. Their comrade, one who had sacrificed so much of his life for the team and he was losing the most horrible way possible. He was losing to himself. Writhing in agony Justice tried to break free with all he had. Dios called upon the others and they looked at Justice.
“Oh no, that can’t be.” Mordecai said.
“Justice?” Laylea asked hoping for an answer, under her Viking helmet she expressed sadness and concern.
“Oh god, this is horrible.” Silk put her hands to her mouth.
“Justice...” Jems cried and tears rolled quickly down her pale face.
“He is not the Justice you know of children. He is now the beast of the apocalypse, destroyer of everything and he shall set his rage upon you!” Rose said as she floated to the sky stretching up her arms. “And I am the one who pulls at his strings. Now kill them.” Rose stated as she pointed to the warriors. They drew their weapons wearily, knowing well that they wouldn’t be able to fight against Justice, not just because they were weak but because he was their friend. He may not have been well liked or the most compliant but he was an ally and they couldn’t change that but Rose changed him. Twisted him, deformed him to her will. And they couldn’t stand for it.
“ARGGH!” Justice roared as he slashed the air with his claw and opened a rift to another dimension. Out of it he pulled two broad centipede swords, much larger version of his centipede swords. The motors roared and chains rattled on the swords. He put them together and sparks started to fly with the sounds of firing bullets. Justice charged at them and swung his blade at them swiftly and strongly, with glaring demonic eyes and mouth agape with his multiple white fangs showing. There was no rhythm to his attacks like usual. It was in blind rage. After his first onslaught he stopped to scream his death call. The others got up and tried to surround him but he simply roared and they flew away in all directions.
“Useless worms, you won’t be able to stop him now. He’s too deep into the darkness, he should have just joined us while he had a chance, now he will eradicate all of you.” Rose said, still floating in the air. “Get them.” Rose ordered and Justice yelled. He dashed and found Jems who was on the ground. She looked at him and their was nothing but despair in her stare. This caused Justice to pause. He then yelled once more and started clawing at his face. “What is going on, Justice, slay her, slay the god damn girl!” Rose ordered again and a sigil appeared out of her hand. Justice screamed, but it was different, it was more humane. He was returning.
“I will never follow your orders.” Justice said as his conscience was returning and he turned to Rose and his beast armor broke and shattered into the wind revealing his original dark knight armor.
“Impossible.”
“Well you better believe it.”
