Day 27

Mood: Dazed

“You broke free of the beast’s powers, how is that possible, you should’ve succumbed to its power fully.” Rose grunted while in mid-air. Justice pointed his finger to her. His armor had returned to normal except for his helmet which was cracked and revealed a fragment of his face around his left eye. 

“You will never control me again!” Justice yelled at her. Rose’s expression was unchanging, still retaining her emotionless visage. However it was obvious that she was bothered by his rebellion.

“I am not sure about that. Now awaken Beast of the Apocalypse.” Rose said and a glowing purple sigil appeared in front of her hand. Justice felt his heart twinge but it was light, weak if anything else. Justice turned his hand into a fist and created an orb of energy.

“Souleater!” Justice launched an orb of darkness at Rose’s sigil and it broke. Rose flipped backwards.

“Inconceivable. How is it that you can now resist?” Rose snapped her fingers and her rod uprooted itself from the ground and into her hand. Justice smirked from underneath his night colored helm.

“Because I have friends and you don’t. I will always beat you because of my comrades. So what do you say and come down and fight us all now!” Justice yelled, declaring a challenge. His allies then got up on their feet and drew their weapons collectively ready for the fight for their lives, though scarred and beaten they supported Justice and were ready to give their all.

“Foolish, you know very well I can easily annihilate you all in a matter of seconds.” Rose started to descend from her perch from the sky to the cold, hard earth.

“Well looks like I have to destroy what you know.” Justice said as he materialized his sword. “I have never used my sword on a girl before, you’re the first one, you should feel honored. Now die! Let darkness devour you!” Justice made one quick slashing motion from his hip to his opposite shoulder and a series of light beams appeared in the form of a web with Rose in the middle. Justice clenched his fist and it shattered and multiple bloody orbs flew into the warriors. Their wounds and pains instantly vanished. Rose fell to her knees.

“Such unexpected power. How did you manage that?” Rose panted and used her rod as a crutch to stand.

“Never underestimate me!” Justice dashed forward with sword in hand and everyone followed in suit. Justice began an onslaught of deadly hits which were barely blocked by her golden hammer. The flash of steel ripped at the earth and formed shockwaves in the air. Rose kicked Justice away but Dios came at her with three of his buster stars directed at her. She erected a barrier around her and the stars bounced off it but Dios‘ sword along with extra electrical energy broke through. Rose put her hand to his head and blasted him away. Igrene jumped above Dios and fired multiple arrows which Rose blocked with a shockwave but was intercepted by a surprise attack by Frost and her guns from short range which sent her flying to the side. Sety fired a large ball of fire at Rose who threw her rod into the fire and caused it to freeze and shatter. As Rose’s rod returned Bone threw his cards which detonated at Rose’s feet. When the smoke lifted Rose was not their but was flying up above with a deadly aura emanating from her rod. Vika then took to the skies and landed on Rose kicking her downward to the ground. Rose quickly recovered and jumped backwards but Guinevere performed a team attack and sent Rose flying backwards even farther into a cliff. Mordecai put his hands to the ground and plants bound Rose to the cliff. But it was a matter of seconds until she burnt away the vines deadly embrace. Silk had her two ninjato ready to plunge into Rose’s heart but she smashed her away and Jasmine with blade and hand was deflected by a wall of air. 

“I’ve had enough with you.” Rose said as six white wings appeared on her back and she floated to the middle of the battlefield. Her chest compartment opened and within her metal frame was multiple glowing cards. They started to rotate wildly until Rose grabbed one and raised it above her head. “From the bottom of my heart I sing, I summon the savior, the bringer of judgment to smite all sinners.” Rose chanted and she smashed the card and a magical seal appeared above her and out of it came a white being held to a cross and holding a string of coffins. It raised its hand into the air and a small purple orb appeared. “Now my hero, I beg of you, eradicate evil from this universe. Megidolaon.” Rose said and the purple orb expanded in size until it took up most of the sky and the creature smashed it down to the ground. After a few seconds it exploded leaving no life left on the barren ground below Rose. Rose looked around and saw something amiss. “What has happened, they have not died? Where could they have gone?” Rose asked and her guardian disappeared. “No matter, I shall slay them later, with or without the savior.” Rose said as her wings disappeared and she laid down on the earth.
